Superb pan - fired Japanese Sencha Green Tea blended with toasted and popped rice. Full bodied and sweet with a delicious nutty flavour.

When brewed, tea leaves have a light yellow colour. 

The water to steep this tea should typically be about 80-85°C (175-185°F).

Use ~ steeping time of 3-5 minutes is recommended, depending on desired strength.
